The holiday home was built in 2019 and is located directly in front of our Bed & Breakfast property Villa LUKAS.
From the terrace or the wooden jetty you can enjoy the wide view over the sea to the offshore islands Pašman and Dugi Otok, where you can enjoy your vacation in the coastal forest with the sound of the sea.
The holiday home is furnished in a modern and Mediterranean style and you live in a open living / dining room with approx. 25 square meters, which also has a fully equipped kitchenette.
The total living area is approx. 65 square meters. The sofa in the living room can also be pulled out so that there is enough space for 4 + 1 guests. The beach house is lovingly furnished and is suitable for couples as well as families with children and their four-legged friends. We have furnished the house to ensure all modern comforts are on hand.
There is a great hotplate BBQ outside. Modern conveniences allow living with ease (fridge, all cooking utensils, microwave, washing machine, etc.).
From the beautiful wooden terrace with 15 square meters, which is completely covered, you reach the large floating jetty via a staircase. In addition to the private beach house, you can use the own garden loungers under a palm tree, a shady fig tree or on the beach. You can relax, read a book and sip a red wine on the terrace whilst marvelling at the ocean and Islands just off the coast.
